*The tournament will be running in the latest version of CCCcaster (ver

3.0.022), the download link can be found here:

*All participants must decide what rollback and input delay (the default

should be 3 rollback, 0 input delay) they are gonna put before starting the

match in the CCCaster menu to avoid desyncs with spectators and players.

*For setting up delay in CCCaster follow this general rule:

“Whenever you connect to someone, look at the network delay to the left, and

use that as the number you set for rollback (up to 4), and the rest of the

network delay, put it into input delay. If there isn’t any leftover network

delay, set input delay to 0.”

General Rules:

1. Anyone from Puerto Rico can enter.

2. People outside of PR can enter but must conduct a ping test with an admin. If the ping

is below 80ms you may enter.

3. You may be disqualified due to poor connections.

4. All characters in all moons are allowed.

5. All matches will be FT2 except finals which will be FT3. If round robin is conducted the

matches will be FT3.

6. There will be up to 3 calls done per match. If you don't appear after the 3rd call you will

be disqualified from that match. You may still compete if you arrive later and are still in

the tournament bracket.
